How fresh is your coffee?
Roasted fresh after you order, and shipped within 5 business days. You drink it days off the roast, never pulled off a warehouse shelf.
How soon will my order ship?
Roasted fresh after you order, and shipped within 5 business days. Once it leaves the roasting facility you get tracking by email so you know exactly when it lands.
Do you offer whole bean and ground coffee?
Yes. Every coffee comes as whole bean or ground — choose on the product page. Whole bean stays freshest, so grind right before you brew.
Which size should I start with?
Every coffee comes in three sizes: 6 oz ($9.99) — the First Round, a low-commitment way to try a roast; 12 oz — the Go-To, your regular bag; and 5 lb — the Heavyweight, for stocking up, an office, or a serious coffee drinker. If this is your first Fight Club coffee, start with the 6 oz First Round.
Do you have decaf?
We do. Southpaw is our decaf — no caffeine, still a knockout. It is roasted with the same care as the rest of the lineup.
Where is your coffee sourced?
Our beans come from farms around the world, each chosen for its flavor profile and for treating coffee as more than a commodity — fair, sustainable, and transparent.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
Keep beans in an airtight container away from heat, light, and moisture, and grind just before brewing. Skip the freezer for everyday beans — it introduces moisture.
Which roast should I pick?
Light roasts like Ethiopian Jab are bright and floral; medium roasts like Big Joe and Black Eye Breakfast are balanced and everyday; dark roasts like Bob and Weave and Dark and Dangerous are bold and smoky. When in doubt, start medium.
What is your return policy?
We do not leave you on the ropes. Sent the wrong coffee, size, or grind? That one is on us — tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will take it back and put it right. Something go wrong in shipping? Contact us. We will not promise an outcome before we know what happened, but you deal with us, not the shipper, and we will work it out with you. Because every bag is roasted to order, we cannot take back coffee you simply did not care for.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we ship across the United States. US shipping is $6.95 for one bag, plus $1.00 for each additional bag ($7.95 for two, $8.95 for three). A 5 lb bag ships for $12.95, plus $4.70 for each additional 5 lb. Mixed baskets are charged the higher rate once, not added together. Free shipping on orders over $115. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your address.
