Terms of Service

Agreement
These terms govern your use of fightclubcoffeecompany.com and your purchases from Fight Club Coffee Company ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not order.
Products and orders
- Our coffee is roasted to order in small batches. Product images are representative; packaging may vary.
- All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout.
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may cancel or refuse an order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, or product unavailability — and if we do, we will refund anything you were charged.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact details. Orders returned or lost because of an incorrect address supplied at checkout may require paid reshipment.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment method is charged when you place the order. We never see or store your full card number.
Shipping
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- Roasting and shipping typically happen within a few business days of your order; delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control.
- Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier. You will receive tracking by email.
Returns and refunds
Because our coffee is a perishable product roasted specifically for your order, all sales are final, with one exception:
- Incorrect product: if you received something different from what you ordered (wrong coffee, wrong size, or wrong grind), contact us at admin@fightclubcoffeecompany.com within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Returns are accepted for incorrect products only.
- Damaged in transit: damage that occurs during shipping (crushed or torn packaging, leaking bags) should be reported to the shipping provider through their claims process. Keep the packaging and take photos — carriers require them for claims. If you need order details for your claim, contact us and we will provide them.
Coupons and promotions
Coupon codes and promotions have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, and may be modified or ended at any time. We may cancel orders that abuse promotional codes.
Site content and trademarks
Everything on this site — text, photography, artwork, logos, and the Fight Club Coffee Company name — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, and our total liability for any claim arising from an order or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here with its effective date applies to your order. Changes apply to future orders, not retroactively.
